She had a hair style that was a sew in she had in for 6 months half of a year, never shampooed it . It took me 1 hour and 20 minutes to take her hair down alone and detangle it. No the unprofessionalism was not shampooing her hair for that long then coming to sit in my chair and not respecting her own hair. Periodt! Never would I like to service her again. By law I could have denied services.
